In the April 2025, Naut service engineers crossed the ocean to embark on a mission trip for steel belt equipment installation and training at the customer site in the United States. Upon arrival at the factory, the engineers quickly got to work. Faced with a new environment and equipment installation requirements, they meticulously planned the process, from lifting and precisely assembling equipment components to commissioning the electrical system, controlling every step with precision. When collaborating with local American teams, language and operational habits differences did not become obstacles but rather an opportunity for communication and integration. Both sides complemented each other's experience, accelerating the installation process. After the installation was completed, the training took over. The engineers taught the American employees equipment operation and daily maintenance essentials in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, through practical demonstrations. From pre-startup inspections to adjusting operating parameters, to troubleshooting common minor issues, they imparted knowledge in detail, allowing the American personnel to gradually grasp the essentials and independently ensure the basic operation of the equipment. During this period, when minor adjustments were needed for equipment compatibility or unexpected situations arose, Naut engineers responded quickly, solving problems on the spot with their professional expertise, exemplifying the "no worries after sales" commitment with efficient actions. Through their day and night dedication, the equipment operated smoothly and stably, and the training was also recognized. ROTE's cross-border services built a bridge of technical trust, allowing Chinese-made equipment and services to take root in American factories, continuously releasing value.
