Recently, the project covering installation guidance and troubleshooting of pastillator equipment supplied by Shanghai Naut Steel Belts to DPV Brazil has been successfully concluded. This project was delivered through close cooperation between Zhu Lian, Technical Engineer of Naut, and Berndorf Brazil team. The cross-border technical service realized precise installation and stable operation of the equipment. Supported by professional and efficient services, Naut earned high recognition from DPV Brazil, showcasing the technical capabilities and international service standards of China’s high-end equipment manufacturers.

This mission to Brazil constitutes an important initiative for Naut Steel Belts to respond to overseas customer requirements and deepen international cooperation. As a core product independently developed and manufactured by Shanghai Naut, the pastillator’s technical parameters and operational stability have a direct bearing on the customer’s production efficiency. Before departure, Naut’s technical team completed full-range equipment commissioning and optimized technical solutions, laying a solid foundation for overseas on-site implementation. Upon arrival at DPV Brazil’s site, the team confronted complex local production conditions and installation challenges. An efficient coordination mechanism was established with the Berndorf team to carry out key tasks in parallel, including equipment positioning, pipeline connection and system commissioning.

During on-site work, Zhu Lian, Engineer of Naut, drew on extensive industry experience and consummate technical expertise to accurately identify and resolve numerous installation and operational difficulties raised by the customer. Ranging from equipment foundation calibration and system parameter optimization to fault diagnosis and operation procedure standardization, every procedure was executed in strict compliance with international industrial standards. The project progressed steadily thanks to rigorous and meticulous work. The Berndorf team provided full support throughout the project, offering strong backing in site coordination and local resource liaison. Both parties collaborated closely to efficiently break through technical bottlenecks during installation, ensuring the pastillator was installed, commissioned and officially put into operation on schedule.

After commissioning, all operational indicators of the equipment met and even exceeded the customer’s expectations. DPV Brazil delivered high praise for Shanghai Naut Steel Belts' product quality and technical services.
