In March 2025, as spring unfolded in Ordos, the NAUT after-sales service team faced a tough challenge—the installation of a steel strip bundling machine. Upon arrival at the site, they found conditions far more complex than anticipated. The factory's construction space was extremely tight, severely limiting the use of large lifting equipment. Transport routes had to be repeatedly surveyed and precisely planned. With significant temperature fluctuations between day and night and frequent sandstorms, equipment commissioning and component assembly became particularly difficult—every step required battling harsh environmental conditions.

Yet the NAUT after-sales team did not back down. They carefully mapped out the installation process in advance, assigned detailed roles, and worked closely with crane operators to fine-tune lifting angles and drop points, maneuvering components like threading a needle to place them exactly where needed. To combat weather challenges, they scheduled work during favorable periods, focusing on critical tasks when conditions allowed. During sandstorms, they protected equipment meticulously, cleaned off dust before resuming operations, paying attention to every detail.

Throughout the installation, technical challenges kept emerging. The precise alignment of delicate components demanded exceptional skill. Relying on their expertise and patience, team members repeatedly calibrated and adjusted each connection to ensure flawless accuracy. Living and working nearby, they remained ready to respond to any emergency, taking turns resting briefly to keep the installation moving forward.

After days of relentless effort, overcoming spatial constraints, adverse weather, and technical hurdles, the steel strip bundling machine was successfully installed on schedule.
