      Core Application Scenarios

       Custom-designed for molten materials including sulfur, paraffin wax, resin, oil chemicals, fertilizers, asphalt and organic intermediates. It realizes continuous cooling, solidification and forming of high-temperature liquid feedstock into flakes or pellets, widely applied in fine chemical industry, coal chemical industry, fertilizer production and polymer material sectors.

      Core Equipment Composition (Modular Design)

      1.High-precision stainless steel belt: The core carrier, independently developed and manufactured in-house. Featuring excellent flatness, superior thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, it achieves a service life of over 10 years. 

2.Single/Double Steel Belt Cooling Main Unit:

       ○ Single steel belt type (mainstream): Efficient indirect spray cooling
       ○ Double steel belt type (for high-viscosity materials): Synchronized upper & lower cooling with higher efficiency

      3. BernDrop® Intelligent Feeding System

      Equipped with dedicated AD200 feeder, it supports three feeding modes: dropping, string casting and overflow feeding, delivering uniform material distribution and well-shaped products.

      4. Discharging & Post-processing Unit

      Automatic discharge via steel belt reversal with minimal dust generation. Optional modules: crushing, conveying, packaging and off-gas treatment.

      5. Automatic Control System

      Feasible variable frequency speed regulation, three-stage temperature control, steel belt tracking and tensioning, enabling real-time adaptation to material characteristics and production capacity.


     Working Principle

       Molten material → Evenly distributed onto the constant-speed steel belt via BernDrop® feeder → Cooling water sprayed on the back of the belt realizes indirect heat exchange for rapid cooling and solidification → Material automatically detaches at the discharge end through belt reversal → Post-processing to obtain finished products; fully continuous automatic operation throughout the process.

     Typical Application Cases

      • Sulphur Pastillation: Single steel belt cooler, capacity 20 t/h, uniform pellets and low dust, ideal for large-scale sulphuric acid & fertilizer production lines.

      • Resin / Paraffin Wax: Single / double steel belt cooler for high-viscosity materials, uniform cooling without adhesion, improving efficiency of downstream processing.

      • Sulphur-based Compound Fertilizer: BernDrop® feeding system + single steel belt cooling. Precise particle size and high particle strength, meeting requirements of high-end fertilizer production.
