Shanghai Naut Steel Belts Co., Ltd. organized an exclusive team-building activity for all its employees. The team climbed to the summit of Mount Huangshan together and strolled through the ink-wash painting village of Hongcun. Amidst the strange peaks and sea of clouds, they strengthened their cohesion and drew closer to each other in the ancient alleys with the charm of Huizhou.

The best team should not only fight side by side but also enjoy the mountains and rivers together.

The most extraordinary mountain in the world, all kinds of romance are hidden in Huangshan. The first stop of this team-building activity saw the Naut family members gather at Mount Huangshan to embark on a hiking and mountain climbing journey. Bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city, immerse yourself in the greenery of the mountains and fields, breathe in the fresh air of the forest, and unlock the limited beauty that belongs only to Huangshan in summer.

 

The mountain path winds and the steps are rugged. The process of hiking up the mountain is also a self-challenge and a practice of teamwork. Everyone walked together, supporting and encouraging each other. When tired, they shared snacks and chatted about daily life. When in trouble, they helped each other. No one was left behind alone. Steadily ascending from the foot of the mountain, one can visit the iconic landscape of Mount Huangshan - the Welcoming Guest Pine. The vigorous green pine stands tall in the mountains, welcoming guests from all directions and symbolizing the open, inclusive and tenacious corporate character of Naut Steel Belts.

All the staff rose to the challenge and climbed all the way to the Brightness Top. At the Top, all fatigue was healed by the beautiful scenery before one's eyes. It happened to be an excellent day. The sky was filled with surging and flowing clouds, which entwined the strange peaks and rocks. Sometimes they gently rolled and sometimes they surged and rushed. The mountains were faintly visible, just like a fairyland. Looking down at the magnificent mountains and rivers and gazing into the distance at the rolling clouds, everyone truly experienced the heroic sentiment of "When I reach the summit, all the mountains will seem small."

 

Climbing high and looking far, one not only sees the mountains and the sea, but also understands the way of teamwork. The mountains and waters conceal poetry, and ancient villages exude tenderness. After the grand trip to Mount Huangshan, the team headed for Hongcun, which is renowned as the "Village in a painting", switching to a relaxed mode and encountering the authentic Anhui charm of southern Anhui.

 

The white walls and black tiles, the upturned horns of the horse's head, the gurgling waters of the South Lake, and the clear moon Pond like a mirror. The ancient streets and alleys crisscross, and the bluestone paths wind and twist. The century-old Huizhou-style ancient buildings are built along the water, reflected on the green waves, forming a naturally flowing ink-wash painting. Far from the grandeur of the mountains and fields, Hongcun exudes a serene and gentle atmosphere of daily life.

The Naut family members strolled leisurely through the ancient village's streets and alleys, took photos at popular filming locations, explored the historical background of Huizhou merchants, and savored the authentic rural cuisine of southern Anhui. Everyone relieved work pressure, relaxed their minds and bodies, chatted freely and took photos as souvenirs. Amidst the blue bricks and black tiles and the small Bridges and flowing water, they shed their fatigue, enhanced the friendship among colleagues and felt the beauty of a slow-paced life.
