From June 22 to June 26, 2026, sales teams from Beijing Berndorf and Shanghai Naut gathered at the Shanghai Naut in Jinshan District for a five-day immersive specialized training program focused on chemical equipment. The initiative aims to further enhance the professional technical literacy of the sales team, consolidate product knowledge, and refine capabilities in customer service and solution implementation.
Breaking away from traditional lecture-based training models, the entire session was delivered by Zhang Jun, Director of the Technical Department. Adopting a three-dimensional training framework of in-depth theoretical explanation + parameter analysis + on-site workshop observation + business practical training, the program provided comprehensive and systematic empowerment for the sales teams from both locations. It helped frontline staff fully master equipment technologies, product advantages and quotation strategies, building a highly professional and service-oriented sales team.
At the initial stage of the training, Director Zhang Jun delivered systematic lectures on equipment overview and basic parameters. He elaborated on the overall structure, operating principles, applicable working conditions and core technical parameters of complete chemical equipment. Combined with factory production standards and industry application scenarios, the training sorted out the selection logic and adaptive advantages of different equipment. This enabled the sales team to build a complete product knowledge system, fill cognitive gaps, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth learning.
The training centered on the company’s flagship products: steel belt pastillators and double-belt cooling conveyors. Combining real workshop operational scenarios, Director Zhang demonstrated the complete equipment operation workflow, explaining every procedure from raw material processing, pastille forming and steel belt conveying to cooling and discharging.
In addition, he conducted in-depth analysis of equipment structural features, core strengths, daily operation and maintenance guidelines, industry application scenarios, and frequently asked customer questions. This allowed the sales team to thoroughly and intuitively grasp product highlights of flagship equipment, enabling precise matching of products to diversified customer production requirements.
In the core technical module, participants conducted in-depth learning on detailed equipment parameters, PID intelligent control systems and supporting auxiliary equipment. The instructor provided targeted explanations and Q&A sessions on professional technical difficulties, including automatic adjustment logic, temperature control, production capacity regulation, equipment linkage matching and intelligent operation principles.
The systematic training eliminated vague understanding and incomplete professional responses regarding intelligent equipment technologies among frontline sales staff, greatly enhancing their professionalism and confidence in handling customer technical consultations and solution negotiations.
Targeting non-standard customization and special working conditions, the training explained professional knowledge of special equipment components, optional accessories and supporting auxiliary devices. It clearly distinguished the differences, applicable scenarios and performance advantages between standard and customized configurations, and sorted out accessory selection, equipment upgrading and personalized modification solutions for diverse working conditions. The team thereby fully mastered customized service logic to better meet customers’ diversified and individualized production demands.
The final stage of the training focused on business practical operation, covering project proposal writing, solution optimization and standardized quotation practices. Based on the acquired equipment parameters, configuration differences and customized modules, the training elaborated solution design ideas, cost accounting logic, quotation standards and negotiation key points for customers in different industries.
Integrating theory with practice, the training standardized the team’s solution output and quotation procedures, effectively improving capabilities in project docking, business negotiation and order conversion.
The highlight of this training was the full-process on-site workshop learning. Led by Director Zhang Jun, all participants visited the production workshop of Shanghai Naut Factory, observing the entire process of equipment assembly, commissioning and operation up close.
Bridging theoretical drawings and physical equipment, as well as parametric data and real operational scenarios, the training formed a closed-loop cognition of “theoretical knowledge — equipment operation — market application”. It turned abstract technical knowledge into intuitive and practical understanding, enabling every sales member to fully master equipment structure, core technologies, production processes and customized solutions.
The five-day intensive and immersive training concluded successfully. This cross-regional joint training broke information barriers between the Beijing Berndorf and Shanghai Naut teams, realizing two-way sharing and mutual empowerment of technologies, experience and resources. It comprehensively upgraded the technical professionalism and business service capabilities of the entire sales team.
Moving forward, Berndorf and Naut will continue to take technology as the foundation, professionalism as the driving force and service as the core advantage. Regular technical research and on-site practical training will be carried out to continuously polish team professionalism. With more sophisticated technologies, optimized solutions and considerate services, the company will serve global customers, deepen its layout in the chemical equipment sector, and drive high-quality development of the industry.
