Today, two double-belt flakers manufactured by Shanghai Naut Steel Belts have completed production, commissioning and packaging, and are officially loaded onto trucks for delivery to the customer’s project site in Jilin.

 

Two large flat-bed trucks carried out equipment loading in an orderly manner. Staff carefully implemented equipment protection, fastening and binding, and covered the complete machines and auxiliary components with rainproof tarpaulins to ensure safe long-distance transportation. As core equipment for cooling and flaking molten materials, double-belt flakers are widely used in chemical, new-material and other industries. They realize continuous cooling, forming and flaking of materials with stable operation and uniform flakes.

 

From drawing design and precision manufacturing to ex-works shipment, Naut Steel Belts strictly controls every production procedure to meet customer project requirements with reliable equipment quality.
